Fountain Life (via Create Ape Agency)
As the lead researcher for the Fountain Life project, I collaborated with another UX researcher to address challenges related to missing valuable content and a lack of effective communication on the website, emphasizing the need for a user-friendly approach.
Through in-depth interviews, comprehensive evaluations, and innovative strategies like keyword and SEO research, we guided impactful changes, resulting in an improved UX, engagement, and trust. The full report for this research study is available upon request.
Breach (Nestcoin)
Breach, a crypto education platform, struggled with low newsletter engagement. Leading the research, I leveraged surveys, interviews, and iterative A/B testing to understand user behaviors, preferences, and learning habits within the platform.
The study indicated an inclination towards visually enriched content and a desire for a centralized hub for crypto education. Implementing recommendations resulted in a 21% increase in open rates and a 24.5% rise in CTR in less than six months.
WhatsApp Language Selector
The study focused on understanding user interactions with the WhatsApp language selector (LS) in Sub-Saharan regions, anticipating its release in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Partnering with a vendor and another researcher, we conducted in-depth interviews with 10 participants, using a Figma prototype to assess usability.
